Learning outcomes
4. Use modern methods of scientific knowledge and carry out research in the field of psychology and pedagogy of higher education. 6. Carry out effective management of innovations, resources, risks, projects, changes, quality, apply modern models, approaches and technologies, international experience in designing and reorganizing the higher education system. 8. Be able to communicate effectively, argue their position, use modern information and communication technologies in the field of public administration and administration on the basis of social responsibility, legal and ethical norms, in particular in the field of educational process management. 15. Develop and teach special disciplines on public administration and administration in higher education institutions.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
know the basic concepts and categories in the field of psychology and pedagogy of higher education; be able to analyze current legislation in the field of higher education; apply the basic terms, categories and classifications of psychology and pedagogy of higher education in the analysis of educational policy; identify current trends and transformation processes in domestic and foreign higher education; to forecast the prospects of their development taking into account the peculiarities of the processes of integration, globalization, decentralization of power in Ukraine; have research skills in the field of higher education; critical attitude to the implementation of higher education policy; use of various forms and methods of scientific research; organization of research activities; registration and presentation of data by means of modern information technologies.
Course content
- essence, structure, functions / directions, methodology of pedagogy and psychology of higher school; - features of activity of scientific and pedagogical workers in the conditions of innovative development of higher education; - the place and role of higher education institutions in the system of socio-economic development of the state; - modern challenges of higher education in Ukraine.
