Learning outcomes
Achievement of various competencies by students, in particular: the ability to generate new ideas in solving problems of civil law regulation of property and trust relations; the ability to justify and motivate their legal decisions, to give them a detailed argument through the prism of property and trust relations; the ability to apply an interdisciplinary approach to the assessment of legal phenomena in the field of property and trust law, as well as in law enforcement.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the main aspects of the formation and development of the institutions of real law, trust, management of other people's property and trust, the peculiarities of classification and content of these legal structures, their legal nature; literary sources on legal regulation, acts of civil legislation regulating relations of ownership, real rights to other people's property, trust, management of other people's property and trust, as well as the practice of their application.
2. be able to evaluate and define the role and tasks of the institutions of real law, trust and trust, to distinguish and give a legal description of their individual types.
3. Possess the skills to prepare agreements on the establishment of real rights, trust ownership and trust declarations, taking into account the peculiarities of the practical situation and, using legal methods, resolve disputes arising in the field of real law, trust ownership, management of other people's property and trust.
Course content
The forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at conducting a legal study of real rights, trust law and trust-like structures used in law enforcement practice and studying theoretical and practical issues related to these legal structures. The discipline examines the general characteristics of rights in rem, trust and trust-like structures, their legal regulation, legal nature, characteristics of the grounds, elements and types of these rights. The course of the discipline provides for an in-depth study of real rights, trust and trust-like structures, legal literature, basic concepts and special terminology.

Assessment methods and criteria
The maximum final grade for this discipline can be 100 points per semester. A student can receive a maximum of 60 points in the exam, to which are added the points received by the student during seminars during the semester. To obtain an overall positive grade in the discipline, the grade for the exam cannot be less than 36 points. If a student scores less than 36 points in the exam, the latter are not added to the semester grade (regardless of the number of points obtained during the semester), "0" is entered in the "exam points" column of the transcript, and only the number of points obtained during the semester is transferred to the "final grade" column.
