Learning outcomes
Achievement of various competencies by students: ability to think abstractly, analyze and synthesize ideas in the field of legal business organization; ability to make informed decisions in the field of legal business organization; ability to make decisions in situations requiring systematic, logical and functional interpretation of legal norms; ability to justify decisions on the organization of legal business; ability to apply an interdisciplinary approach to the organization of legal business.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Laws of Ukraine "On the Bar and Practice of Law", "On Notaries", special literature, educational and methodological manuals, the recommended list of which is contained in this work program. 2. be able to freely operate with the basic elements of the conceptual and categorical apparatus in the field of legal business organization when discussing and solving problem situations. 3. Possess the basic elements of the conceptual and categorical apparatus in the field of organization and conduct of legal business, freely operate with them in discussing and resolving problem situations, advising clients; basic skills in preparing a legal opinion taking into account the specifics of the practical situation and using legal methods to resolve disputes; skills in logical, critical and systematic analysis of documents related to the organization and conduct of legal business.
Course content
The forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at providing students with knowledge about the concepts and main categories of legal business organization, their use in the mechanism of legal regulation. At the same time, these forms and methods are aimed at forming students' understanding of the specifics of legal relations arising in the organization of legal business, which involves mastering the system of skills necessary for a modern lawyer to substantiate a legal position at various stages of law enforcement, the ability to identify complex legal problems in the field of legal business organization and to propose and justify options for their solution

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Teaching methods and learning activities in the study of the discipline are aimed at obtaining and mastering students' systematic knowledge of the concept, system and main categories of organization and implementation of legal business. At the same time, the mentioned forms and methods are aimed at forming in students a systematic understanding of the specifics of legal relations that arise in the organization and implementation of legal business. This involves studying the legal framework (including international acts) as well as mastering the system necessary for a modern lawyer skills and abilities related to legal consulting, information analysis, the ability to identify problems of legal regulation of relations arising in the organization and conduct of legal business.
Assessment methods and criteria
The forms of student assessment include: express survey; colloquium; report; testing (choose the correct ones from a set of judgments); module test; case study. The final assessment is a written test. The minimum score to be obtained by a student on the relevant assessment forms during the semester is 24 points, the maximum score is 40 points. During the current control during seminars, the following are subject to evaluation: the level of knowledge demonstrated by the student in the answer, activity in discussing the issues of the seminar, systematic work in the classroom, and the results of homework. Final assessment: written or oral examination (with the possible use of information and communication technologies) with a maximum score of 60.
