Досягнення студентами таких компетентностей, вмінь та навичок як: здатність проводити дослідження проблем медичного права на відповідному рівні ; здатність до пошуку, оброблення та аналізу проблем медичного права з різних джерел; здатність обґрунтовувати та мотивувати правові рішення, давати розгорнуту юридичну аргументацію при вирішення казусів з медичного права ; здатність застосовувати міждисциплінарний підхід в оцінці правових явищ в царині медичного права.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the literary sources on the problems of legal support of relations in the field of health care, acts of civil legislation regulating the relations of participants in the relevant services and the practice of resolving relevant disputes.
2. be able to assess and give a legal description of certain legal relations arising in the field of health care.
3. Possess basic skills of working with educational and regulatory literature, applying scientific methods of cognition and legal methods of resolving controversial practical situations in the field of medical law.
Course content
The forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at assessing the nature and nature of social relations arising in the field of health care and identifying the limits and mechanisms of their legal regulation, developing proposals for improving current legislation. The course of the discipline involves holding discussions on complex legal issues of medical law, developing and substantiating proposals for their solution.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, independent work of the student on the basis of textbooks, abstracts, methodical recommendations, consultations with the teacher.
Assessment methods and criteria
In seminar classes, the current control of a student's knowledge of the discipline includes: a speech in class - from 6 to 8 points; additions to the speech - from 6 to 8 points; essential questions to the speakers (discourse) - from 5 to 8 points; reports and research papers - from 5 to 8 points; solving a case - from 2 to 8 points.
The following are subject to evaluation: the level of knowledge demonstrated in the answer; activity in discussing issues; systematic work in class; results of homework.
Students may make up seminars missed for valid reasons.
A student who has not reached the minimum threshold level of assessment (24 points) of those learning outcomes that cannot be assessed during the final control may not be admitted to the final assessment.
The final assessment of student knowledge takes place during a written test (with the possible use of information and communication technologies) (maximum score - 60).
