Achievement of such competencies, skills and abilities by students as: ability to search, process and analyze reproductive law issues from various sources; ability to generate new ideas in the field of reproductive law in the absence of detailed legal regulation; ability to work in an international context and take into account trends in the development of reproductive law in the world and in Ukraine; ability to justify and motivate legal decisions, to give detailed legal arguments for resolving cases in the field of reproductive law.

Distance form

1. Know the literary sources on the problems of legal support of relations in the field of reproductive law, acts of civil legislation regulating the relations of participants in relevant legal relations and the practice of resolving relevant disputes; 2. Be able to substantiate and motivate legal decisions in the field of reproductive law, give detailed legal arguments; 3. Possess skills in the use of scientific theories and concepts in the field of reproductive law, as well as acquired practical knowledge in conducting research

Форми викладання та методи навчання цієї дисципліни спрямовані на опанування іноземних джерел з репродуктивного права (в т.ч. доктринальних та положень актів національного законодавства, іноземної судової практики), а також на набуття практичних навичок розв’язання проблем, що виникають при здійсненні репродуктивних прав. Курс навчальної дисципліни передбачає посилене вивчення студентами репродуктивного права при порівнянні його положень з відповідними положеннями цивільних законодавств і доктрин інших розвинутих країн, а також його взаємодії з міжнародно-правовими нормами.

Lectures, seminars, self-study work of the student on the basis of textbooks, abstracts, methodical recommendations, consultations with the teacher.

Мінімальний бал, який має бути отриманий студентом за відповідними формами оцінювання протягом семестру, складає 24 бали. Максимальний бал, який може бути отриманий студентом за підсумком навчання протягом семестру, складає 40 балів.Якщо студент за підсумком відпрацювань не досяг мінімального порогового рівня оцінки (24 бали), викладач, який вів семінарські заняття і приймав відпрацювання, звертається до директора НН Інституту права з поданням, в якому фіксує невиконання студентом індивідуального навчального плану. За результатами складання підсумкової форми контролю (заліку) студент може отримати максимально 60 балів. - підсумкове оцінювання: залік (у формі співбесіди з можливим використанням інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій)
