Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: the main aspects of the formation and development of civil law institutions; main aspects of formation and development of labor rights in Ukraine, features of labor relations, their legal nature. Be able: to freely operate with the conceptual and categorical apparatus in the field of civil law and to apply the acquired knowledge in conducting scientific and scientific-practical research; to assess and determine the role and tasks of ensuring labor rights, to identify problems of legal regulation of labor relations, to give a legal description of individual problems of labor law. Have basic skills: to prepare draft legal documents taking into account the peculiarities of the practical situation and with the help of legal methods to resolve civil disputes. Prepare a draft lawsuit, an act to respond to violations of labor rights, taking into account the peculiarities of the practical situation and using legal methods to resolve disputes arising from violations of labor rights.
Course content
The forms of teaching and methods of teaching the discipline are aimed at studying topical issues of civil, labor and private international law, including wartime problems. The discipline studies the problems of understanding the subject of civil, labor and private international law, the legal nature, structure of legal relations in these areas, problematic principles of application of sources of civil and labor law, features of individual objects of civil and labor rights, doctrinal approaches to understanding the content of personal non-property, property, obligations, corporate and inheritance civil relations, as well as labor relations and relations closely related to them, agreements in labor law, forms and methods of protection of labor and civil rights.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, independent work of the student on the basis of textbooks, abstracts, methodical recommendations, consultations with the teacher.
Assessment methods and criteria
The minimum score to be obtained by a student on the relevant assessment forms during the semester is 24 points. The maximum score that a student can receive as a result of studying during the semester is 40 points. If a student does not reach the minimum threshold level of assessment (24 points), the teacher who conducted the seminar classes and accepted the workshops addresses the Director of the Institute of Law with a submission in which he or she records the student's failure to fulfill the individual curriculum. Based on the results of the final control form, a student can receive a maximum of 60 points. - final assessment: written or oral examination (with the possible use of information and communication technologies)
