Learning outcomes
Achievement of various competencies by students: ability to organize legal business, including in the international context, and adapt it to new situations; ability to make decisions in the field of legal business in situations requiring systematic, logical and functional interpretation of legal norms; ability to justify decisions on the organization of legal business; ability to establish ethical standards and convey legal information to legal professionals and non-specialists in the field of law in the organization of legal business.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Laws of Ukraine "On the Bar and Practice of Law", "On Notaries", special literature, educational and methodological manuals, the recommended list of which is contained in this work program. 2. be able to freely operate with the basic elements of the conceptual and categorical apparatus in the field of legal business organization when discussing and solving problem situations. 3. Possess the basic elements of the conceptual and categorical apparatus in the field of organization and conduct of legal business, freely operate with them in discussing and resolving problem situations, advising clients; basic skills in preparing a legal opinion taking into account the specifics of the practical situation and using legal methods to resolve disputes; skills in logical, critical and systematic analysis of documents related to the organization and conduct of legal business.
Course content
The forms of teaching and methods of learning this discipline are aimed at providing students with advanced knowledge of the concepts and basic categories of legal business organization, their use in lawmaking and law enforcement. At the same time, these forms and methods are aimed at forming students' understanding of the specifics of legal relations arising in the organization of legal business, which involves mastering the system of skills necessary for a modern lawyer to analyze the reliability of information, the ability to identify complex legal problems in the field of legal business organization and to propose and justify options for their solution.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, seminar, self-studying student work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Types of ongoing performance evaluation are selected by the teacher who conducts seminars, in consultation with the lecturer and in accordance with this program. Forms of student assessment include: express questioning; colloquium; report; testing (from the set of judgments to choose the right ones); modular control work; case study. Final assessment is a written test. The minimum score to be obtained by the student on the appropriate forms of assessment during the semester is 24 points, the maximum score - 40 points. During the current performance evaluation during the seminars, the following should be assessed: the level of knowledge demonstrated by the student in response, activity in discussing the issues of the seminar, regular work in the classroom, the results of homework. According to the results of the written test, the student can get a maximum of 60 points.
