The goal of the discipline is the formation of higher education graduates of a system of knowledge regarding the theoretical, economic, legal and organizational foundations of business and labor activity, mastering by higher education graduates of the main institutes of labor law, competencies and initial practical skills necessary for entrepreneurial activity and the protection of labor rights.

Full-time form

- to have knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle, such as "Introduction to university studies" and others. - to know the main categories and concepts related to the life activity of a person and society. - to be able to identify and analyze educational and scientific information, to draw reasonable conclusions on issues of professional activity. - to have elementary skills of drafting written documents, correcting their content, systematizing materials necessary for work, effective organization of one's own educational activities.

The acquisition of knowledge is aimed at the formation of integral, general and professional competences under the educational and professional program "Management and Ecology of Water Resources" specialty 103 "Earth Sciences" and ensures the acquisition of the following competences by students: the ability to realize one's rights and responsibilities as a member of society, to realize the values of a civil (free democratic) society and the need for its sustainable development, the rule of law, the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen in Ukraine. The ability to preserve and multiply moral, cultural, scientific values and achievements of society based on understanding the history and patterns of development of the subject area, its place in the general system of knowledge about nature and society and in the development of society, technology and technologies, to use various types and forms of motor activity for active recreation and leading a healthy lifestyle. Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations.

Evaluation of the work of applicants includes current control and semester control in the form of credit. The maximum amount of points that the applicant can score during his studies is 100 points, the minimum amount of semester evaluation is 60 points.
