Learning outcomes
The student must know the current state of the industry by direction selected research; underlying physical principles object of research. The student must be able to use the equipment, methods and techniques used in research; draw conclusions based on the results of the work.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Research practice is a mandatory component of the educational program. It is part of the student's education, is conducted before the final certification and involves the student's preliminary mastery of the full volume of mandatory components and one of the optional blocks of educational components of the educational program.
Course content
Research practice involves familiarization with the state of organization of the professional activity of scientific institutions, giving students the opportunity to study in detail their existing scientific and research (experimental and/or theoretical) base, direct participation in the performance of scientific research work on the chosen research topic, which has been previously approved by the graduation department.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Methodical practice management is entrusted to the graduation department. Practice bases can be academic institutions, educational institutions, enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership, types of economic activity, organizational and legal status, which are legal entities and operate on the market for at least one year and carry out production, production and trade, intermediary and other types activity Students can offer the department a place of practice. In accordance with the official contract, a practice manager from the enterprise/organization is appointed at the places of practice, whose main task is to consulting and providing practical assistance at the place of practice.
Assessment methods and criteria
The student's report on the internship, feedback from the place of internship (with the seal of the organization) are submitted to the graduation department after the internship for defense. The results of research practice are summarized when the student prepares a differentiated assessment. A point-rating system for evaluating students' knowledge on a 100-point national scale is used to evaluate the completion of research practice.
