Learning outcomes
The student must know the specifics of the legal regulation of labor relations, the specifics of the legal regulation of working hours, rest time, rationing and remuneration; , the main forms and means of ensuring labor protection, prerequisites for the emergence of entrepreneurial activity; peculiarities of various organizational and legal forms and types of entrepreneurship. The student must be able to choose and use regulatory and legal acts to solve specific situations, draw up structural and logical schemes of the relationship of legal categories, use the current regulatory and legislative framework for starting and running a business; carry out calculations of the economic efficiency of business projects, select the necessary legal information from labor law sources, critically evaluate the influence of external environmental factors on the development of entrepreneurial activity.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Possession of knowledge, abilities and skills in the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle, such as: "Introduction to university studies" and others. knowledge of the main categories and concepts related to the life activity of a person and society. The ability to identify and analyze educational and scientific information, to draw reasonable conclusions on issues of professional activity. Possession of elementary skills of drafting written documents, correcting their content, systematization of materials necessary for work, effective organization of one's own educational activities.
Course content
The discipline "Selected sections of labor law and the basics of entrepreneurial activity" is a component of the professional training of specialists at the "Bachelor" educational level. The constitutional principles of the realization of the right to work and its main forms are revealed. Students study legal norms that regulate the procedure for concluding, changing and terminating an employment contract as the main form of exercising the right to work. The legal principles of establishing and regulating basic working conditions are outlined: working time and rest time; rationing and payment of labor; labor protection, labor discipline. The grounds and procedure for bringing an employee to legal responsibility for non-fulfilment or improper fulfillment of one's work duties (disciplinary liability, material liability) are revealed. The legal basis for the protection of labor rights in Ukraine is analyzed. The discipline forms in students the economic, institutional and organizational foundations of entrepreneurial activity and is aimed at students mastering knowledge and initial practical skills about the economic nature of entrepreneurship, its form and planning; innovative entrepreneurship; technologies for creating one's own business; state regulation of entrepreneurship; commercialization of scientific developments.

The credit is given based on the results of the student's work throughout the entire semester and does not include additional assessment measures.
