            Possess knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle, such as: "Admission to university studies" and others. Know the basic categories and concepts related to human life and society. Be able to identify, analyze educational and scientific information, draw sound conclusions on professional activities. Have basic skills in compiling written documents, adjusting their content, systematization of materials necessary for work, effective organization of their own educational activities.
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            The discipline is a combination of legal and economic knowledge necessary for the formation of general competencies of specialists in any field of knowledge, and includes two content modules:
1. Selected sections of labor law form a student's set of knowledge and skills about: employment contract; working hours and rest time; wages; labor protection; labor discipline, disciplinary and material responsibility; protection of labor rights.
2. The basics of entrepreneurial activity form in the student a set of knowledge and skills about: the economic nature of entrepreneurship, its form and planning; innovative entrepreneurship; technologies for creating your own business; state regulation of entrepreneurship; commercialization of scientific developments.

            Semester control includes work in practical classes, including oral examinations, tests and surveys on the topics of tests. Evaluation is carried out on a 100-point system. The maximum / minimum number of points that can be obtained by a student during the semester assessment is 100 points / 60 points.
