Course content
The course "Methods of molecular absorption spectroscopy" is devoted to the theoretical foundations and practical application of methods of molecular absorption analysis. The course focuses on the theoretical foundations and features of practical application of methods in determining the microcomponents of inorganic and organic nature in the presence of complex matrices of man-made and technical origin.
Special attention is paid to the application of reagents of organic nature in the methods of molecular absorption spectroscopy, the theory of organic analytical reagents, creating conditions for selective determination of one analyte in the presence of another, and the correct choice of spectrophotometric reagent to achieve the goal of analysis.
