Learning outcomes
PRN10. Know the norms of the Serbian literary language and be able to apply them in practical activities of PRN11. Know the principles, technologies and techniques of creation oral and written texts of various genres and styles in state and Belarusian, in English, Czech / Polish. PRN12. Analyze units Serbian and English languages, determine their interaction and characterize the language phenomena and processes that cause them. PRN14. Use Serbian and English languages, orally and in writing, in different genres and styles and communication registers (formal, informal, neutral), for resolutioncommunicative tasks in everyday, social, educational, professional, scientific spheres of life. PRN17. Collect, analyze, systematize and interpret facts of the Serbian language and speech and use them to solve complex problems tasks and problems in specialized areas of professional activity and / or training

Course content
1. Know the basic rules of grammar, linguistic terminology; paradigmology of modern Ukrainian literary language; specific features Serbian language in comparison with Ukrainian; vocabulary of the main thematic groups in the field of household and social communication. 2. Be able to relate theoretical knowledge to specific phenomena of Serbian languages; build correct grammatical constructions; translate texts linguistic and social issues; compose oral and written message; analyze language phenomena; distinguish grammatical and morphological classes of Serbian and Ukrainian vocabulary; operate with a common linguistic terminology. 3. Possess general factual knowledge of a humanitarian nature; in Serbian at the level of advanced user B2; necessary skills in all types of speech and two-way translation; methods of searching and processing information

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures and practical classes, guidance of independent work and control for its implementation, individual consultations, credit.
Assessment methods and criteria
After the lectures, practical classes are held on the relevant topics on which evaluation of planned types of works and forms of control is carried out: oral report (max. 5), abstract / essay (max. 10), supplement, participation in the discussion (max. 3), presentation (max. 6), modular test (max. 15). During semester written works are checked, individual are carried out consultation, the level of assimilation of the material submitted on self-study. The final grade is based on the results student work during the semester and oral answer to the exam. Minimally positive number of points to receive "credited" - 60 points.
