6. to communicate fluently in official and foreign languages orally and in writing to discuss professional issues, presentation of research results and projects. 8. to make effective decisions to solve complex tasks and practical problems of cultural development of society. 10. to have decision making skills in management of cultural institutions or appropriate departments in unforeseen work and / or learning contexts. 11. to have professional development skills of individuals and groups in the field of culture. 12. to collect, analyze and evaluate empirical facts and interpret them in according to modern theoretical ideas of the relevant field of cultural studies. 14. to work out educational and methodical support and to teach educational courses on cultural studies in educational institutions.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) Before studying the course students should know the problems of modern society in education, the impact of education and upbringing on personal development, basic philosophical concepts of education, the relationship of pedagogy with other sciences, the education system in Ukraine; 2) be able to collect and interpret information on the study of reality, solve practical problems, apply theoretical knowledge, personal experience and educational materials in solving specific problems in the field of future activities; 3) have basic skills in research and information management, critical thinking and forecasting.

Its content and ways of formation. Pedagogical communication in the structure of the teacher's professional activity Prevention and resolution of pedagogical conflicts in higher education

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral presentation, additions and participation in discussions at seminars and pedagogical trainings: 36/60 points 2. Self-study №1 (research of problems of development of higher education in Ukraine and abroad - the country of choice): 12/20 points 3. Self-study №2 (research of problems of education of student's youth in higher school): 12/20 points Tthe final number of points in the course consists of : 1) classroom work (oral presentation, additions and participation in discussions at seminars), 2) Self-study, taking into account the coefficient of 0.6. All types of work in the semester: - in the maximum measurement of 100 points x 0.6 = 60 points - in the minimum measurement of 60 points x 0.6 = 36 points Final exam in writing - 24/40 points
