Learning outcomes
PLO 11. To carry out an expert assessment of ethno-cultural objects according to the specified criteria and to provide recommendations regarding their social actualization.
PLO 12. To justify, develop and implement ethno-cultural events and projects in compliance with the legislation and in accordance with the defined goals and objectives.
PLO 13. To present knowledge about ethnoculture in accordance with the specialization of representatives of various professional groups and students of education.
PLO 14. Conduct a public discussion and support a dialogue on issues of Ukrainian culture with specialists and non-specialists.

Course content
The purpose of the discipline is the formation of students' professional knowledge, abilities and skills in the field of pragmatics and management of ethno-cultural projects and education in them of the appropriate professional and personal qualities necessary for specialists in the socio-cultural sphere.
Abstract of the academic discipline:
The subject of the study of the discipline is the basic provisions of the theory and practice of modern ethnocultural projects. The educational discipline is dedicated to the study of theoretical aspects of managing ethnocultural projects, the practice of creating and implementing sociocultural projects in modern conditions

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The course includes 2 content parts
Fourth semester - content module 2. Organizational aspects of pragmatics and management of ethno-cultural projects. The essence of organizational activity. Organizational management structures in the creative industry. Peculiarities of the organization of creative project group activities. The essence of motivation. Peculiarities of the process of motivation in the creative industry. Ways of stimulating creative activity. The system of motivation of the creative team. The main sources of funding for ethno-cultural projects. World experience and main types of culture funding. Professional duties and personal qualities of an art manager. Evaluation of the performance of the art manager.
Assessment methods and criteria
Learning outcomes (knowledge) - 40% of the total assessment, and assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills, communication, autonomy and responsibility - 60% of the overall assessment .
Fourth semester. Final control in the form of an exam.
A student is not allowed to take the exam if he received less than 36 points during the semester. In order to be admitted to the exam, the student must write the modular test papers prescribed by the program and present and defend independent papers.
If the student's grade on the exam is lower than the minimum threshold level (24 points), then the points for the exam are not added to the semester grade (they are considered equal to zero), and the final grade in the discipline is unsatisfactory.
There are 4 blocks of tasks for the exam:
1 block – theoretical questions;
2nd block - categories;
Unit 3 – test tasks;
Unit 4 – practical tasks.
