Learning outcomes
PLO 7. To understand the factors of ethnocultural dynamics, principles of periodization of ethnocultural processes, their specific features and characteristics. PLO 8. Interpret ethno-cultural sources (material, printed, visual, artistic) using special literature and defined methods, present reasoned conclusions about their content. PLO 9. To analyze the effectiveness of cultural policies, technologies for the implementation of cultural ideas in the context of specific parameters of their implementation. PLO 10. Recognize and classify different types of ethno-cultural products, determine their quality characteristics based on comprehensive analysis. PLO 11. To carry out an expert assessment of ethno-cultural objects according to the specified criteria and to provide recommendations regarding their social actualization.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Before starting the study of this discipline, students must: 1. To know - theoretical approaches to the definition of culture, its manifestations and forms of existence, - examples of the functioning of ethno-cultural projects. 2. To be able to - search for information from various sources, check it for reliability, - highlight the main theses in a large amount of information, - to carry out a comparative analysis. 3. Have elementary skills - works with scientific and educational and methodical literature, - competent writing and speaking, - self-presentations, - account management.
Course content
Purpose of discipline – to give students an understanding of the theoretical foundations and practical skills of developing, implementing and evaluating PR strategies of ethnocultural projects. Annotation. The educational discipline provides students with the formation of professional skills of a PR manager of ethno-cultural projects. Its subject is the study of the theory and practice of PR activities in the context of the organization and management of ethno-cultural projects. While mastering the discipline, students will learn the principles of developing a PR strategy; learn a complex of traditional and innovative PR tools; will reveal the features of interaction with the media; get acquainted with a complex of PR genres. The main tasks of the discipline: teach how to develop PR strategies for ethno-cultural projects; to develop the ability to use PR tools to implement the idea of an ethno-cultural project, to evaluate its effectiveness; teach how to create basic PR materials, organize PR events; develop the ability to work in project teams.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The course includes 2 content parts. The first part of the course is "Development of a PR strategy and its effectiveness: the theoretical part", the second part of the course is "Tools for the implementation of a PR strategy: the practical part". Forms of education: lectures, seminars, individual and group work on projects, independent work. Throughout the semester, after the lectures on the relevant topics, seminar classes are held, at which evaluation is carried out according to the types of work (oral answer, addition, discussion, completion of an individual task, intermediate control test, exam). At seminars, students report on independent work in project teams, implementing an ethno-cultural product.
Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge) - 40% of the total assessment and assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills, communication) - 60% of the overall assessment. Evaluation of the semester work: oral answer, additions, discussion, performance of an individual task, intermediate control test: 29/50 p. Presentation of an individual task: 7/10 b. The overall grade for the semester consists of points received for classroom work (which synthesizes and independent work of preparation in ethnocultural project groups: oral response, additions, discussion, presentation of individual and group projects, intermediate control tests) and for independent work (fulfillment of an individual task) . All types of work for the semester have a total of 36/60 points. The discipline ends with a written exam of 24/40 points.
