Learning outcomes
PLO 2. Work effectively with information: select the necessary information from various sources, including professional literature and electronic databases, critically analyze and interpret it, organize, classify and systematize it. PLO 3. Organize the process of learning and self-education. PLO 5. Cooperate with colleagues, representatives of other cultures and religions, supporters of different views, etc. PLO 6. Use information and communication technologies to solve complex specialized problems and problems of professional activity. PLO 18. To have the skills to manage complex actions or projects in solving complex problems in professional activities in the field of the chosen philological specialty and to be responsible for decision-making in unpredictable conditions. PLO 20.1. Possess the necessary knowledge and skills to translate literary texts of various genres, organize the process of literary translation personally and in a team.

1. Know the methods and techniques of translation. 2. Know the lexical, grammatical, syntactic and stylistic problems of translation. 3. Be able to organize the translation process: use dictionaries, Internet resources. 4. Possess teamwork skills. 5. Realize the need for continuous professional development.
Course content
The discipline "Translation Project Management" is included in the list of elective disciplines of the Literary Studies and Translation program and is taught in the seventh semester of the bachelor's degree in accordance with the curriculum of the Turkish Language and Literature and Translation, English program. The course is an integral part of the development of professional and practical competencies of future translators. This course builds on the foundation laid by other disciplines (Translation Practice, Fundamentals of Translation Theory) and aims to deepen knowledge of the specifics of translation activities, create and implement translation projects, control their quality, and develop teamwork skills. The development of practical skills in mastering professional technologies is carried out through the selection of optimal forms and types of classes that are as close as possible to the future activities of translators. The course involves the creation of a translation project. The course is taught during one semester and ends with a test.

Oral questioning, creation of a glossary, preparation of a report on project errors, preparation of project stages, module test, and a test.
