Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know the basics of social and political psychology. To be able to make a psychological analysis of phenomena and processes related to the implementation of political management. To know the methods of organizing, processing data and interpreting the results of research on individual consciousness and behavior, interpersonal relationships and intergroup relations.
Course content
The course aims to acquaint students with psychological interpretations of political leadership/management as a universal phenomenon of human activity, a mechanism of self-organization of society, the function of political leadership and management, and the form of manifestation of the elite as a political subject.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral responses (presentation at the seminar, participation in discussions and debates, additions): 15/9 points Analytical report: 15/9 points Creative individual work: 15/9 points Final control work: 15/9 points The final assessment is conducted in the form of an exam. The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student is 40 points on a 100-point scale. The form of the examination is written. Types of tasks - open questions, creative tasks; the answer to open question 1 - 30%; the answer to open question 2 - 30%, creative task - 40% of the total grade. The minimum threshold level of the exam grade at which the exam is considered passed cannot be less than 24 points. A student is not allowed to take the exam if he or she scored less than 36 points during the semester. Excellent Good Satisfactory Unsatisfactory / Fail
