To assess and analyze critically vital social, individual and professional issues and offer tactics for their resolution, in difficult and unpredictable conditions, which require the application of new approaches and forecasting. Prerequisites and co-requisites
Before studying this course, students should - know the main stages and characteristics of the historical and cultural process, the place of ethics among philosophical sciences; - be able to collect and interpret information on cultural phenomena processes and events, identify current socio-cultural problems and justify the principles and ways of their solution; - have basic skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting of political, economic, cultural and artistic events and phenomena using foreign language information sources.
Course content
The discipline is aimed at forming an educated specialist, ethically competent and morally oriented to conscientious, conscious and ethically balanced professional activities. The subject field of applied, professional and corporate ethics, their place in the structure of ethical knowledge, features of ethical regulation of professional activity, ethical dimensions of professionalism are determined. The mission and structure of the ethical infrastructure as a tool for value management in professional and corporate activities, models and functions of ethical units and ethical documents, in particular the code of ethics, ethical monitoring and ethical audit as control of ethical activities are clarified. The basics of corporate culture and moral standards of the organization are clarified. The basics of corporate social responsibility are determined. The peculiarities of social and normative specification of morality in a number of social practices of professional orientation are considered.

Assessment methods and criteria
The assessment is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes “knowledge” (1.1 - 1.3), which is 40% of the total grade, and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes “skills” (2.1-2.5); “communication” (3.1-3.3); “autonomy and responsibility” (4.1-4.6), which is 60% of the total grade. Evaluation of semester work: 1. Spoken answers, comments, participation in discussions at lectures and seminars: LO1.1-1.3, 2.1-2.5, 3.1-3.3, 4.1-4.6 - 60 points. 2. Essays: LO 1.1-1.4, 2.1, 2.3-2.5, 3.1-3.3, 4.1-4.3, 4.5, 4.6 - 20 points. 3. Final test - 20 points.
