Course content
To familiarize students with the basic fundamental principles of theoretical ecology, the principles of functioning of ecological systems, the peculiarities of the interrelationships between the biosphere and the technosphere, global and regional environmental problems, resource, environmental and economic problems, as well as to ensure that students have the knowledge of the general patterns of occurrence and development of hazards, emergencies, primarily of a man-made nature, their properties, possible impact on human life and health that meets modern requirements. The discipline is a part of the cycle of fundamental, humanitarian and general economic training of specialists.
