To know main stages of feminist theory development.
To know conceptual base of feminist theory,
To know main trends of classical social theory critique within feminist theorizing.
To use methodology and concepts of feminist theory.
To be able to make critique analysis of classical social theory from the feminist position.
To use feminist theories in the research and interpretation of social phenomena and processes.
To be able to make critique analysis of feminist theories.
To demonstrate skills of argument presentation the own point of view, competent and tolerant discussion with opponents.
To be able to do independent analytical and research work.

1. To know main stages of sociology development, principal trends of modern sociological theory.
2. To be able to work with scientific literature and resources.
3. To possess conceptual base of modern sociological theory.
Course content
The subject of learning discipline is critical analysis of conceptions and views principal thinkers of social theory. which influenced on feminist theory, epistemology, methodology development.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Activity on the seminars: РН1.1, РН1.2, РН1.3., РН2.1, РН2.2, РН2.3., РН2.4. РН3– 52/32 marks (13 lessons X 4 max marks or 1 min mark each).
2. Test tasks fulfilment: РН1.1, РН1.2, РН1.3., РН2.1, РН 2.2, РН2.3, РН4– 20/12 marks (2 tasks X 10 max or 5 min marks per each).
3. Essay: РН2.1, РН2.4 – 8/4 marks.
4. Final control test in written form (case analysis): РН 1.2- 1.3, 2.1-2.4 – 20/12 marks.
