PR03. Plan, execute, analyze data and present the results of experimental research in the field of biology. PR07. Have the techniques of self-education and self-improvement. Be able to design the trajectory of professional growth and personal development, applying the acquired knowledge. PR08. Know and understand the basic terms, concepts, theories and laws in the field of biological sciences and on the borders of subject areas. PR09. Adhere to the provisions of biological ethics, rules of biological safety and biological protection in the process of learning and professional activities. PR12. Demonstrate knowledge of the structure, vital processes and functions of living organisms, understand the mechanisms of regulation of physiological functions to maintain homeostasis of biological systems.

1. Successful mastering of the courses "Human Genetics", "Analytical Genetics", "Genomics", "Population Genetics" and "Fundamentals of Medical Genetics". 2. Be able to theoretically justify the need to maintain homeostasis as the basis for the existence of living things. 3 .. Know the macro- and microstructural organization of the human nervous system. 4. Be able to independently apply knowledge of genetics and psychophysiology, perform laboratory and practical work, work with scientific literature, be able to process and explain the results of experiments and surveys.

The discipline "Genetics of behavior with the basics of psychophysiology" is part of the educational program of professional training of specialists of the educational level "Master", a block of free choice of the student. Behavioral genetics and psychophysiology can be used in related sciences as well as in interdisciplinary research. The course covers the issues of epigenetic processes that occur at all stages of formation and development of living organisms. In addition, the discipline is designed to generalize students' ideas about the genetic basis of intelligence and behavior, the causes of individual variability of intelligence and behavior, mechanisms of the most common disorders of intelligence and deviant behavior, mechanisms and genetic basis of dependence on psychostimulants.
