1. Successful mastering of the disciplines "General Cytology", "Histology", "Biochemistry", "Molecular Biology", "Human Physiology and Anatomy and of animals "," Systems of intercellular communication and cell differentiation ", Cytogenetic bases of embryonic development 2. Ability to independently apply knowledge of cytology, histology, biochemistry, molecular biology, etc. disciplines for solving specific scientific and practical problems; work with scientific and scientific-methodical literature. 3. Possession of basic skills of systems analysis.
Course content
The discipline allows to get a holistic view of the laws of eukaryotic animal cells under different conditions of in vitro cultivation and to acquire basic skills in working with isolated cells. In the process of learning the methodology of manipulations with cells in vitro and in vivo, aimed at maintaining their viability in experimental conditions, modification of their structure and / or function, for use in scientific and experimental practice (in biotechnological processes, quality improvement farm animals and plants, correction of diseases and injuries of humans and animals through cell transplantation, other fields of biology and medicine).
