Course content
The discipline allows to get a holistic view of the patterns of eukaryotic animal cells under different conditions of in vitro cultivation and to acquire basic skills in working with isolated cells.
In the process of learning the dynamics of morpho-functional changes of isolated cells outside the body and the list of necessary requirements for successful
cell culture in vitro: methods of obtaining primary cultures, approaches to their qualitative and quantitative description and techniques of subculture, cryopreservation of cells.
