To know: course content "Pedagogy and psychology of higher education", "Methodology and organization of scientific research with the basics of intellectual property", "Research models and interpretations in social work", "Professional and corporate ethics". Be able to: develop various forms used in the educational process of a higher education institution; apply communication technologies of the educational process; to use psychological and pedagogical competences in the process of assistant practice; apply acquired competences in future professional activities.

Assistant practice is deepening and consolidating the knowledge of students of the second level of higher education "Master's" in the field of ensuring the educational process at the university in the specialty "Social Work", in particular, the formation of competences in mastering modern methods of teaching disciplines of a professional direction, the ability to solve specific methodological tasks according to the logic of the organization of educational process, development of pedagogical competences, preparation of applicants to perform the main functions of a curator of an academic group. The main tasks of assistant practice are: to form in the applicants the ability to conduct lectures, seminars, and practical classes using modern methods and technologies of educational and cognitive activity, in particular, using information and communication technologies.
