Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: 1.1 the main trends in civilization as the highest stage of evolution of the social form of motion of matter; 1.2 main directions of the world historical process; 1.3 the most commonly used concepts and terms of historical science; 1.4 main directions of historical and anthropological knowledge in their historical formation. 2. Be able to: 2.1 formulate their own view of history as a science, navigate the basic methodological principles of historical knowledge; 2.2 work with educational literature and scientific sources 2.3 to form a personal creative imagination and culture of thinking; 2.4 have concepts and understand the general trends in the development of historical anthropology as a science. 3. Possess basic skills in forming ideas about the specifics of historical anthropology as a field of historical science; formation of independent conclusions about the impact of lifestyle and mentality of people of different eras and peoples on the historical process.
Course content
Elucidation of the peculiarities of the historical-anthropological approach to the study of history, the main directions and schools of historical anthropology and the main stages of its development. Disclosure of basic principles and methods of research in historical anthropology, consideration of its interaction with other branches of historical knowledge. Isolation of interdisciplinarity as a characteristic feature of historical anthropology. Identifying the features of the study of everyday history and gender history.
