Learning outcomes
1.1. Know the theoretical and methodological bases of strategic management in the public sphere. 1.2. Know the technologies: a) strategy development, in particular: organization, analysis, goal setting, planning, monitoring; b) strategic management in the public sphere; c) coordination of strategic documents. 1.3. Know the specific facts in the field of strategic management in the public sphere (the system for organizing strategic management at the national, regional and local levels; the system for coordinating the formation and implementation of strategies in the public sphere). 2.1. be able to justify strategic decisions in the field of public administration in the face of uncertainty and dynamism of the external environment. 2.2. To be able to analyze the external and internal environment of the object of strategic planning to develop strategic decisions.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: - the theoretical foundations of the basic specifics of strategic management, namely: scientific approaches, theories, principles, methods; technologies for developing a strategy, strategic management of the public sphere; strategic management processes; specific facts in the field of strategic management in the public sphere. 2. be able to justify strategic decisions in the field of public administration in the face of uncertainty and dynamism of the external environment; use analytical and statistical methods of processing information from the external and internal environment of the object of strategic planning to develop strategic decisions. 3. Possess the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical, sociological and other data, work with the regulatory framework, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes, which is 25% of the total grade for the semester and practical training assessment - learning outcomes, which is 75% of the total grade for the semester. - semester assessment (MAX - 60 points / MIN - 36 points): 1. Oral survey, discussion - 6 points / 4 points; 2. Modular test - 10 points / 6 points; 3. Individual analytical task - 20 points / 12 points 4. Independent work) - 24 points / 14 points; The maximum number of points a student can receive during the exam is 40 points.
