Course content
The discipline "Mechanisms of cell aging" studies the aging processes in the cells of a living organism. The importance of the discipline lies in the in-depth coverage of the basic principles of aging cells. Structural and functional age-related changes in the organism at the subcellular, cellular, organ and systemic levels of living organization under different conditions in normal and pathological conditions are studied; a causal analysis of the aging processes of cells and the body; comparative analysis of aging in cells of different groups of living organisms; consideration of possible ways to control the development of the aging process in order to solve modern fundamental and applied problems in biology and medicine
