2. To analyze, comment and summarize scientific and analytical texts of culturological format. 5. To collect, organize and analyze information on cultural phenomena, events, historical and cultural processes. 6. To identify, verify and summarize information on various contexts of cultural practice, to determine the degree of their relevance using different sources, information, communication tools and visual technologies. 9. To analyze the effectiveness of cultural policies, technologies for the realization of cultural ideas in the context of specific parameters of their implementation. 10. To recognize and classify different types of cultural products, to determine their qualitative characteristics based on comprehensive analysis. 11. To carry out expert assessment of cultural objects according to the criteria set and to provide recommendations for their social actualization. 14, 16.

Full-time form

Before starting this course, students should know the main stages and characteristics of the historical and cultural process; the main achievements of material and spiritual culture; the history of the formation and development of art, the peculiarities of functioning in the cultural system of a certain historical era.

Oral presentation, additions and participation in discussions at seminars: 27 / 45 points 2.self-study No. 1 (study of the problems of cultural policy in Ukraine): 12 / 20 points self-study No. 2 (research of a specific cultural institute (for student's choice) and state participation in its management): 12 / 20 points 3. Test work: 9 / 15 points Overall semester grade consist of points received for 1) classroom work (oral reports, additions and participation in discussions at seminars), 2) self-study No. 1, 2 (study of cultural problems policy, cultural institute research), 3) control work, taking into account coefficient of 0.6. All types of work in the semester have as a result: - max 100 points x 0.6 = 60 points - min 60 points x 0.6 = 36 points Written exam - 24 / 40 points
