Course content
Genomics and Molecular Phylogeny covers the study of genomics as a separate and complete discipline directly related to modern methods of obtaining and analyzing recombinant DNA, cloning specific genes and using cloned DNA, DNA sequencing, PCR, genome mapping, use of DNA markers, genome maps in genetic analysis, and provides information on the physical organization of entire genomes, functional genomics. which characterizes the products of gene expression (proteomes, etc.). "Genomics and molecular phylogeny" is a scientific field that includes clinical genomics, pharmagenomics, development of new drugs and microbiological genomics.
