The teaching process involves analyzing contemporary approaches to understanding marketing concepts (ethical marketing, green marketing, and socially responsible marketing). The business organization is examined as a part of society that operates according to certain laws. The effectiveness of organizational activities is closely related to harmony both within the team and in external interactions. The practical component is aimed at developing social responsibility programs tailored to the specific business organization and the characteristics of its work processes. Significant attention is given to involving the organization's personnel in the implementation of social programs. Regional specificity in Ukraine is taken into account.
