Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the Bachelor's degree, 2. Ability to independently use computers and databases, work with scientific literature, 3. Possession of basic skills of system analysis.
Course content
The course is devoted to the basic principles of structural organization of chromatin (chromosomes) in the interphase nucleus of a eukaryotic cell, as well as molecular mechanisms of regulation of functional processes in the nucleus at the level of chromatin rearrangements. The structure and conformational mobility of the nucleosome, supranucleosomal levels of chromatin organization, mechanisms of epigenetic heredity, molecular mechanisms of regulation of transcription and replication of DNA, and structural changes in the chromatin principle are considered in this method.
