Course content
Modeling of cellular metabolism in vitro - a discipline devoted to the study of biological characteristics of cells in in vitro culture. General approaches to the cultivation of animal and plant cells and tissues in vitro and the study of their metabolic activity; features of animal cell biology in vitro; theoretical bases with practical methods and technical means for passage and cryopreservation of cells of constant lines; methodological approaches to obtaining primary crops; general provisions for the maintenance of stem cells in culture; use of in vitro cells in biotechnology
