PR08. Demonstrate knowledge of fundamental biological processes, structure and functions of living organisms. PR10. To establish regularities of interaction of living organisms of different forms of structural organization with each other, features of influence of various factors on living organisms and to estimate their role in biosphere processes of biotic transformation of substances and energy. PR16. Choose methods, algorithms for planning and conducting field, laboratory, clinical and laboratory research, including mathematical methods and software for research, processing and presentation of results.
Form of study
Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the fundamental disciplines of professional and practical training, in particular "Botany", "Plant Physiology", "Biochemistry".
2. To be able to independently apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology of plants, biochemistry and other disciplines, to work with educational and scientific-methodical literature.
Course content
The course "Plant Biochemistry" covers the study of biochemical composition and chemical processes of plant organisms that underlie their life, reveals the relationships between the metabolic pathways of different classes of organic matter and helps to understand the biochemical adaptation of plants to adverse environmental factors. features of metabolism at the level of cells, tissues, individual organs and the body as a whole.
