Course content
The discipline "Introduction to University Studies" is a basic subject taught in the 1st semester of the 1st year and should form a clear understanding of the historical background and regulations of the educational process at the university. The course consists of two sections. The first section presents a brief overview of the history of university education and the history of Kyiv University. The topic of the second section is devoted to the theory and history of landscape architecture. At the beginning of the section students get acquainted with the basics of the theory of landscape architecture and the peculiarities of working with literature on the history and theory of landscape architecture. In the second part of the section - with the history of landscape architecture in different centers of civilization.
