Learning outcomes
The student must know the subject, methods, tasks, theoretical basics of research in radiophysics and electronics; basic concepts of generation, propagation and detection of EM radiation in radio physics; physical principles of transformation optical information and electronic signals; methods and approaches to solving the main problems arising in radio physics and electronic electronics; characteristics of electronic sensors detectors and areas of application; features of the use of lasers in radiophysics.
The student must be able to apply the acquired knowledge from radio physics and electronics to problems arising in radio physics and electronics; understand and formulate requirements for potentially used devices; to independently and reasonedly choose solutions to the problems of modern radiophysics and electronics.

The educational component "Seminar on radio physics and electronics" is based on the cycle of disciplines of professional and practical training of the "Bachelor" higher education institution, namely: "Electricity and magnetism", "Optics", "Solid state physics", "Electrodynamics", "Radio circuits and signals ", "Differential Equations and Probability Theory", "Micro and Nanoelectronics", "Quantum Mechanics", "Quantum and Semiconductor Electronics", and the discipline of OR "Master's": "Applied Physics and Electronics", "Optoelectronics and fiber optics".
Course content
The educational component "Seminar on radio physics and electronics" is aimed at deepening knowledge about the physical principles and phenomena of radio physics, about the principles of creating modern electronic devices and systems used in various scientific and technical applications. It is a necessary component of the formation of the professional training of a specialist in the specialty "Radiophysics and Electronics" for further work in these fields. The component involves presentation and discussion
by students of the results of their own research, carried out during the preparation of the qualification work.
