Learning outcomes
The student should know the main models of idealized elements of electric circuits; component equations. laws of electric circuits. operating modes of electric circuits; equivalent circuits of real sources of electromagnetic energy; methods of analyzing complex circuits in the direct current mode: the Kirchhoff equation method, the superposition method, the loop current method, the nodal potential method, the equivalent transformation method, the equivalent generator method; methods of analyzing complex circuits in harmonic current mode; method of complex amplitudes; method of frequency characteristics; methods of research of transient processes; basics of the method of quadripoles.
The student must be able to read electrical circuit diagrams; draw up systems of equations based on Kirchhoff's laws; carry out analysis of electric circuits in the mode of direct and alternating currents; calculate the frequency characteristics of electric circuits; use computer simulation.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
The educational discipline is a mandatory component of the educational program "and uses the results of studying the mandatory disciplines "Higher Mathematics" and "General Physics" and is the basic discipline for studying the educational disciplines "Radio Electronics", "Oscillations and Waves", "Microprocessor Engineering" and a number of special disciplines provided by this educational program.
1. Know the basic laws of electromagnetism.
2. To be able to solve systems of algebraic equations. Know the basics of the theory of complex functions.
3. To be able to solve differential equations and use integral Laplace and Fourier transforms.
Course content
he study of the discipline "RTKS" makes it possible to understand the nature of electromagnetic processes that take place in radio-electronic systems, which can be used in the development, implementation and operation of hardware and software-hardware means of conducting research in the field of applied
of physics, nanoelectronics and computer technologies. The educational discipline focuses on the study of various transformations over signals in radio-electronic systems of various directions. The student acquires the basic skills of calculation and computer modeling of electrical circuits of various types of complexity.

Lectures, practical classes; consultations; laboratory work; independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester evaluation: control is carried out according to the following principle. The academic semester has two content modules. Each of the content modules is evaluated no more than 30. It is mandatory for admission to the exam to complete the work of each of the modules with a total score of at least 15 points out of 30
Final assessment is in the form of an exam. In total, you can get from 0 to 40 points for the exam. A condition for achieving a positive grade for a discipline is to obtain at least 60 points, while the exam grade cannot be less than 24 points.
