To know the peculiarities of epochal and social transformations and their influence on the evolution of public management and administration; 
To be able to develop projects of proposals for the improvement of regulatory and legal documents and to develop and implement innovative approaches of functioning of public authorities and local self-government; 
autonomy and responsibility: demonstrate an understanding of personal responsibility for the organization of democratic management and governance processes, including responsibility for effective interaction with civil society in these processes, in particular when justifying the need for changes to ensure the proper quality of public administration and governance at the organizational, group/collective/team and personal level.

Know: basic principles of political and legal management and administration, basics
regulatory and legal support for the activities of public authorities;

Possess the following skills: systematic analysis of the political and legal component
functioning of the system of public management and administration in Ukraine;

Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for two-level assessment
of learned material, in particular evaluation of theoretical training - learning results
(knowledge 1.1 – 1.3), which is 25% of the total grade for the semester and assessment of practical training – learning outcomes (skills 2.1 – 2.3; communication 3.1 – 3.4; autonomy 4.1 – 4.3), which is 75% of the total grade for the semester.
– semester evaluation (MAX – 60 points / MIN – 36 points. – final evaluation: the final evaluation is defined as the sum of evaluations (points) for all successfully evaluated learning outcomes during the semester (evaluations below the minimum threshold level are not added to the final evaluation) and evaluations , received during crediting. The maximum number of points that can be received by a student is 100 points.
