PR3. Carry out coordinated work for the result in the team, taking into account public, state and industrial interests. PR7. Describe and analyze the principles of structural and functional organization, mechanisms of regulation and adaptation of organisms to the influence of various factors. PR19. Solve scientific-theoretical, research and applied problems of biology by appropriate methods. PR 34. Be able to form a system of analysis and interpretation of new results on the structural organization, functioning and formation groups of microorganisms, based on in-depth knowledge of the disciplines of vocational training.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successfully master the scientific-theoretical and practical material of the complex of educational disciplines of the educational level "Bachelor". 2. Know the theoretical foundations of microbiology, biochemistry, ecology, genetics and basic methods of biological research. 3. Be able to work with information databases, independently develop scientific and methodological literature. 4. Be able to use materials and laboratory equipment in research. 5. Possess methods of analytical evaluation of the results of biological research to solve a specific scientific and practical problem.
Course content
The discipline "Fundamentals of Experimental Mycology" covers issues of modern areas of mycology, revision of taxonomy and taxonomy of fungi, achievements in the field of genetics and cytology of fungi, study of adaptive mechanisms of fungi of natural and man-made econes.
