Learning outcomes
LO 1. Solve complex tasks and problems that require updating and integrating knowledge in conditions of incomplete/insufficient information and conflicting requirements. LO 11. Organize joint activities of specialists in various industries and non-professionals, prepare them for performing social work tasks, initiate team building and coordinate teamwork. LO 17. Independently build and maintain purposeful, professional relationships with a wide range of people, representatives of various communities and organizations, argue, persuade, conduct constructive negotiations, effective conversations, discussions, and tolerate alternative opinions.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) study of the academic discipline "Social partnership in rehabilitation programs" requires students to have knowledge of the theory of social work and socio-pedagogical work in the community. 2) knowledge of basic concepts, the role of the partnership process in various situations; models of partnership, mediation and dialogue. 3) the ability to use the main forms of activity of a social rehabilitation specialist in working with organizations to achieve results; establish partnerships through mediation and dialogue; warn and resolve possible conflict situations.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to provide students with the necessary knowledge regarding the scientific, organizational, and methodological foundations of building partnership relations with clients as objects of social work, as well as with representatives of state institutions and public organizations as subjects of social work to solve social problems. The content of the discipline is revealed in the theoretical foundations of social partnership, in familiarization with regulatory and legal support; determining the essence of social dialogue in the field of social and labor relations at the national, regional and local level; introduces modern methods of building partnership relations and intersectoral cooperation by involving state authorities, local self-government, socially responsible business and the public sector for the provision of social services.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment: 1. Oral answers (speech at the seminar, participation in discussions and debates, additions): 28/17 points 2. Analytical report: 28/17 points 3. Creative independent work: 24/14 points 4. Final work: 20/12 points. Final assessment: credit. The test is based on the results of the student's work during the semester (the maximum number of points for work during the semester is 100) and does not provide additional assessment activities for successful students. Students who scored less than 60 points during the semester, but more than the critical minimum of 36 points, are credited. The test is conducted in the form of an oral survey on the subject of the course and the performance of a creative individual task, which is estimated at 24 points. Evaluation scheme: - Credited (60-100 points) - Not credited (0-59 points)
