Learning outcomes
2. To analyze, comment and summarize scientific and analytical texts of culturological format. 4.To know and understand theoretical approaches to definition of culture, its manifestations and forms of existence. 5.To collect, organize and analyze information on cultural phenomena, events, historical and cultural processes. 13. To present knowledge about culture according to the specialization of representatives of various professional groups and students. 16. To define, formulate and argue their own civic and professional position on topical social issues.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Before starting this course, students should know the subject and main categories of social psychology, the main theoretical approaches to the analysis of social-psychological phenomena, methods of social-psychological research, psychological regularities, mechanisms and barriers of communication, social-psychological features of large groups, dynamic processes occurring in a small group, formation of normative behavior, leadership phenomena, causes of conflicts and methods of their prevention and resolution. 2. To be able to analyze and explain socio-psychological phenomena, adequately apply the methods of socio-psychological research, identify the causes of conflicts in organizations, analyze the phenomena of leadership and management, analyze the behavior of individuals in mass gatherings of people 3. Have basic skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting regarding social, political events and phenomena.
Course content
Part of the course 1. Psychology of communication. Social psychology as a science. Social methods psychology. Communication as perception and understanding by people each other. Communication as interaction. Part of the course 2. Social psychology of groups and individuals. General theses of the psychology of small groups. The concept of group dynamics, its processes and mechanisms Formation and development of small groups. Psychological phenomenology of conflict. Leadership and management in small groups. Problem making a group decision.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral presentation, additions and participation in discussions at seminars: 21 / 35 points 2. Self-study: 18 / 30 points 3. Test work: 9 / 15 points 5. Final test: 12 / 20 points Final evaluation in the form of a credit: the final evaluation for the discipline (minimum 60, maximum 100 points) consists of the sum of the number of points for the semester work (minimum 48, maximum 80 points) and the final test (minimum 12, maximum 20 points).
