PR1. Know the state and foreign languages at a level sufficient for communication on professional issues and presentation of the results of their own research. PR6. Analyze biological phenomena and processes at the molecular, cellular, organismal, population-species and biosphere levels in terms of fundamental general scientific knowledge, as well as the use of special modern research methods. PR 13 Adhere to the basic rules of biological ethics of biosafety, biosecurity, assess the risks of the latest biological, biotechnological and biomedical methods and technologies, identify potentially dangerous organisms or production processes that may pose a threat of emergencies.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: the key mechanisms of interaction between the nervous, endocrine and immune systems; ways of influence of the nervous system on the immune system through the activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system, as well as the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems; neuroimmune aspects of the problem of pathological conditions neuroimmunoendocrine system; approaches to immunotherapy of patients with neuroimmunoendocrine pathological processes; basic types of modeling neurodegenerative processes in laboratory animals and model requirements. 2. Be able to reproduce the model of experimental allergic encephalitis in rodents; isolate immune cells from laboratory animals; determine the functional activity of immune cells; in laboratory conditions to prepare utensils for immunological tests; make a plan of experimental research in accordance with the main stages of the experiment.
Course content
The discipline "Neuroimmunology" highlights the complex processes of interaction between the nervous, immune and endocrine systems according to physiological norms and different pathological conditions and damage to the neuroimmunoendocrine system. Much attention is paid to the mechanisms of development of neuroimmunoendocrine disorders in diseases of the central nervous system (CNS).
