6. Identify, verify, and summarize information about various contexts of cultural practice, and determine the degree of their relevance using relevant sources, information, communication tools, and visual technologies. 12. To substantiate, develop and implement cultural events and projects in compliance with the legislation and in accordance with the defined goals and objectives. 13. To present knowledge about culture in accordance with the specialization of representatives of various professional groups and students of education. 15. Freely communicate on professional issues orally and in writing in national and foreign languages, taking into account the purpose of communication and the socio-cultural features of its context. 16. Define, formulate, and argue one's own civic and professional position on current social issues.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1- knowledge of the theoretical foundations of general and social psychology and psychodiagnostic; 2 - to be able to evaluate, and analyze the causes and consequences of the interaction of an individual in a group, groups, public and social institutions; 3-possess elementary skills of socio-psychological modeling, and methods of verbal and non-verbal psychodiagnostic.
Course content
Module 1. Methods of management psychology and organizational psychology. The technological approach in the work of organizational psychologists of cultural institutions. The role of interactive techniques in the implementation of the technological approach in the work of organizational psychologists. Module 2. Basic technologies and methods of work of organizational psychologists with managers and staff of cultural organizations. The technology of prevention and resolution of organizational conflicts in cultural institutions. The technology of preventing and overcoming the syndrome of "professional burnout" in organizations. The main techniques of work of an organizational psychologist in psychodiagnostic regarding the selection and development of personnel of cultural institutions.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral answer, supplement: RN 1.1.-4.1. – 22/40 points 2. Presentations, participation in discussions, work in micro groups: RN 1.1 - 4.1 – 18/30 points 3. Test tasks: RN 1.1- 4.1 – 10 / 10 points 4. Final control work in written form - RN 1.1.-1.4., 2.1., 2.2., 2.3. – 10/20 points - the final evaluation (credit) is carried out in the form of a final control paper (PCP), which includes material from the entire course. The maximum number of points for completing the PKR is 20, if the student scores less than 10 points for the PKR, the PKR is considered to have been performed unsatisfactorily. The final number of points for the discipline (maximum 100 points) is defined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester - minimum 50 (maximum 80) and final control work minimum - 10. (maximum 20) points.
