Learning outcomes
PR1. Know the state and foreign languages ​​at a level sufficient for communication on professional issues and presentation of the results of their own research. PR3. On the basis of in-depth knowledge of natural sciences to form an idea of ​​the laws of individual and historical development of biological systems in different levels of organization, the role of system processes in their formation, functioning and plasticity, features of their cooperative interaction, as well as systematic organization of living things.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basics of genetics (classical genetic analysis, genome structure of genes, modern molecular biological methods of genetic research), molecular biology (molecular mechanisms of realization of genetic information, replication, reparations, methods). 2 Understand the terminology of the course. 3. Know the basic principles of basic biological methods. 4. Have basic skills in the use of laboratory equipment. 5. Have the skills of analytical evaluation of research results conducted in various fields of biology and / or in a particular biological field to solve a specific scientific and practical problem. 6. Be able to work with information databases, scientific and methodological literature and analyze the results.
Course content
The discipline "Genetic and epigenetic control of the immune response" forms an idea of the genes of the main histocompatibility complex, their structure, functions and connection with infectious and autoimmune diseases, on the mechanisms of genetic bases of immunological recognition, genetic and epigenetic mechanisms of control of the immune response, promotes the acquisition of practical skills in performing basic methods of immunogenetics, the principles of modern immunogenetic methods.
