Mastering by students of the main institutes of labor law, the formation of a holistic view of the theoretical, economic, institutional, legal and organizational foundations of entrepreneurial activity, as well as the necessary competences and initial practical skills required for the organization and conduct of entrepreneurial activity in accordance with the requirements of the state regulatory policy.

Full-time form

1) To know the main categories and concepts related to the life activity of a person and society. 2) To be able to identify and analyze educational and scientific information, to draw reasonable conclusions on issues of professional activity. 3) Possess elementary skills of drafting written documents, correcting their content, systematizing materials necessary for work, effective organization of one's own educational activities.

1) Sources of legal regulation of labor relations and the procedure for their application. 2) The concept, parties, content and procedure for concluding an employment contract. 3) Change and termination of the employment contract. 4) Working time and rest time. 5) Rationing and payment of labor. 6) Labor protection. 7) Disciplinary and material responsibility of parties to labor relations. 8) Protection of labor rights. 9) Entrepreneurship: the essence and objective principles of development. 10) Basic approaches to business management. 11) Organization of own business. 12) Business ethics.

Lectures - 30 hrs, seminar lessons - 14 hrs, independent work - 45 hrs, consultations - 1 hr, total - 60 hrs.

The student receives credit based on the results of the current semester control, which includes: creative independent work (up to 36 points), problem solving (up to 9 points), participation in lectures and seminars (up to 27 points), colloquium (up to 5 points), final and modular test papers (up to 23 points) - up to 100 points in total.
