1. To substantiate technological processes of engineering preparation of the territory, construction and maintenance of objects of garden and park economy. 7. Carry out effective management of horticultural facilities, natural and cultural landscapes, taking into account technological, legal, economic, environmental and other aspects. 8. Organize the work of the team of project executors.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know: - legal bases of the state and public control and supervision over the enterprises which are carrying out improvement of settlements; - basic legal concepts and regulations that provide legal regulation of economic, land, environmental, customs, corporate and other legal relations; - legal bases of land use, economic activity, ecological safety, customs procedures, intellectual property rights; 2. Be able to: - to be guided in the system of normative-legal acts, which regulate economic, land, ecological, customs legal relations; - to search for regulations and analyze them in solving situational problems, as well as in professional activities; 3. Possess: - legal terminology in the educational process and professional activities and the main current regulations governing economic, land, environmental, customs relations.
Course content
The discipline "Regulatory framework in ornamental horticulture" is part of the educational and professional program "Landscape design of urban environments". It belongs to the obligatory disciplines for the training of specialists at the educational and qualification level "Master", field of knowledge 20 "Agricultural Sciences and Food", specialty 206 "Horticulture". It addresses issues related to the legal aspects of regulating the activities of enterprises engaged in landscaping in settlements in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine. The issues of legal regulation of customs legislation of Ukraine and the EU are covered. Types of legal liability for offenses, in particular the legislation of Ukraine, are noted, and attention is paid to legal issues of environmental safety.
