PR8. Use innovative approaches to solve specific practical problems in the field of horticulture. PR10. Effectively plan work, both independently and collectively, to obtain the necessary results in production. PR14. Present the results of scientific work in writing (in the form of a report, scientific publications, etc.) and orally (in the form of reports and defense of the report) using modern technologies, correctly lead the discussion. PR16. Know the basic requirements of current legislation of Ukraine on the use of biological resources. To use normative legal acts and normative-technical documentation in the sphere of scientific and practical activity. PR20. Model and design garden and park objects using mathematical methods and modern information technologies

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of disciplines "Phytoecology", "Plant Biology", "Soil Science". 2. Know the main types of soils and the main types of plant communities in Ukraine. 3. Know the basics of fine arts, color and three-dimensional composition. 4. Be able to perform landscape assessment. 5. Have the skills to work in SkechUp, AutoCAD, TwiLight.
Course content
The discipline "Landscape Architecture" is an elective discipline. It is based on information on the criteria for assessing the aesthetic appeal of the territory for the creation of garden and park facilities, methods of creating artificial attractive landscapes on landscaping, principles and methods of developing spatial solutions for landscaping. The study of the discipline creates the basis for the use in the country's horticultural economy of advanced technologies for the design of horticultural objects of various scales and purposes based on the achievements of landscape architecture.
