Learning outcomes
Be able to use the basics of designing information and telecommunication networks, telecommunication and radio technical systems. The ability to combine computational skills: error analysis, estimating the order of magnitudes, correct use of units. The ability to acquire knowledge necessary for continued professional development, which also includes the ability to work independently. The ability to explain and reproduce the principles of construction and operation of hardware and software complexes of control and maintenance systems and their application in information and telecommunication networks, telecommunication and radio engineering systems.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: basics of discrete mathematics, linear algebra, probability theory. 2. Have basic programming skills. 3. Be proficient in English at the level of reading technical documentation and other sources, as well as listening to audio and video information with the use of assistive devices.
Course content
The use of web technologies is becoming increasingly widespread in various spheres of human activity: social, political, economic, technical, etc. The development of hardware and software capabilities of the Internet along with the increase in the amount of available data allows us to assert the growing relevance of web design and web programming. The discipline is devoted to the study of the basics of web design and web programming using the most common languages and libraries in the field of HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Node.js. During the study of the discipline, a coursework on creating a website is carried out.

Assessment methods and criteria
The exam is conducted by writing the code to create a website, followed by a discussion in the form of an interview. A condition for obtaining a positive final grade for a discipline is the achievement of at least 60 points. The student is admitted to the exam on the condition that he completes all laboratory and practical work provided for in the plan, as well as successfully defends the course work. For students who scored a total of less than the threshold minimum (60 points), in order to be admitted to the exam, it is mandatory to complete and defend the planned laboratory, practical and course work.
