Design and organize activities for the cultivation of planting material for ornamental woody plants in open and closed ground and form landscape gardening facilities in accordance with modern scientific methods and requirements of a customer

Course content
The academic discipline "Forest Science" is a compulsory academic discipline that forms a student's knowledge system on the forest as a biogeocenosis with complex relationships between its components, as well as between the forest and the environment. Students study the morphological features of the forest stand and should be able to characterize the stand using them.

Semester grading: 1. Control work on the topic PH 1.1-1.2. – 10 points / 5 points 2. Preparation of an abstract - 10 points / 5 points 3. Evaluation of the performance of laboratory work, testing knowledge on topic 2.1 (testing knowledge in nature - during an excursion to the forest) - 20 points / 10 points 4. Evaluation of the performance of laboratory work, testing knowledge on topic 2.2 (testing knowledge in nature - during an excursion to the forest) - 20 points / 10 points Final grade: in the form of an exam
