PR4. Have professional knowledge to solve problems of organization and management of horticulture. PR6. Understand and apply legislation, regulations, organizational and management documentation for the organization and management of horticulture, knowledge of economics and law to ensure efficient production activities.
PR11. Coordinate, integrate and improve the organization of production processes in horticulture. PR15. Organize effective and safe working conditions.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the laws and regulations on labor protection
2. Be able to organize solutions to occupational safety at work (organizations) and identify hazardous and harmful production factors that accompany work in production;
3. Have basic skills in the use of regulations to ensure safe and harmless working conditions in the workplace
Course content
The course consists of sections devoted to the basics of legal and regulatory regulation of labor protection and safety in gardening. The basic principles of occupational safety management according to the legislation of Ukraine on labor protection and the organization of the labor protection service at the enterprise are considered.
